科恩·凯塞尔斯（Koen Kessels）是一位国际知名指挥家，曾就读于安特卫普皇家音乐学院。目前，科恩担任伯明翰皇家芭蕾舞团指挥兼音乐总监。科恩凭借对音乐的独到见解，与世界一流乐团进行广泛合作，曾在巴黎国家歌剧院、纽约芭蕾舞团和维也纳国家歌剧院等地进行演出，受到观众与评论家的一致好评。2008年，科恩首次指挥皇家芭蕾舞剧《胡桃夹子》，首演即大获成功。
